The view from miles above as we made our way from New York to Paris.

First stop, the casting for Viktor & Rolf, where the always cool Hanne Gaby Odiele posed for Andrew Weir’s camera and talked a bit about her style signatures. That day Hanne was wearing the unbeatable combo of Isabel Marant, Chloe, Celine & a vintage necklace given to her by her parents.

Later on, the adorable Lindsey Wixson flashed that famous grin in a retro wide brim hat and matching top. This season the model uniform of skinny jeans and motorcycle jackets seems on the way out, more and more girls are really letting their personality shine through their wardrobes.

A stop by the antique booksellers on Rue Bonaparte gave us a little bit of a history lesson. After all, fashion inspiration can be found in the most unusual places…

From the past and straight to the future, the look at Gareth Pugh was all about sleek hard edged style accented with loads of fur – the extreme shapes looked even more beautiful up close.

Who says you can’t have brains and beauty? The tech savvy Kendra Spears gave us a preview of her new Galaxy Note backstage at Gareth and we were almost tempted to trade in our iPhones…almost.
