Rick Owens‘ masterful severity has always struck a chord with style conscious men, but how will they handle the designers take on sportiness? For fall Rick chose mountains as a metaphor (fitting given the name of his upcoming furniture exhibition, Magic Mountain) and showed male models in separates that at times looked like futuristic, ultra luxe climbing gear. Photographer Eli Schmidt was front and center at the Owens extravaganza and provides a birds eye view of Rick’s new mood.
