Fashion’s biggest stars came out for Mario Sorrenti and the gala event for Pirelli’s latest calendar extravaganza. With Andrea Bocelli performing and Franca Sozzani in attendance the affair felt like an elegant tribute to Italian culture: fitting given Sorrenti’s status as the first Italian photographer to helm the legendary calendar. Naturally Francesca Sorrenti was on hand to celebrate Mario’s triumphant evening and she shares her exclusive behind the scenes snapshots with Models.com.
