Roberto Cavalli chose as his inspiration for his Fall Winter 08 campaign, Luchino Visconti‘s 1963 film, Il Gattopardo (The Leopard). How fitting that Fu’ad Aattou plays the dashing young male lead for Cavalli’s take on the movie. Fu’ad’s recent release, The Last Mistress, co starring Asia Argento and directed by France’s fearless Catherine Breillat, had fans swooning over his sheer beauty and sensuality. Though the New York Times called Fu’ad “a luscious newcomer”, modelizers know that Fu’ad’s matinee idol status is long overdue.
