Though Jason Wu has outfitted first ladies and society darlings, don’t think that the 28 year old designer can’t give you ensembles with edge. For spring Wu was inspired by art star, Kaws and the raw look of graffiti, but he took these streetwise influences and interpreted them in a way that was elegant and distinctly Wu. Models sashayed down the catwalk in impeccable floral prints (a collaboration between Wu and Kaws), marabou trimmed dresses and barely there shorts. Glossy spikes adorned the girls’ hair, while flame red lips let you know these ladies mean business!
