Andreea Diaconu strikes a post in Costello S/S 12

For Spring the look at Costello Tagliapietra was all about flowy femininity. Inspired by the works of artist Georgia O’Keefe, designers Robert Tagliapietra and Jeffrey Costello used their trademark mix of drapery and bold prints to great effect. Abstract floral prints were a recurring theme, as were ladylike touches like rich satin fabrics. Backstage the scene was every bit as exciting with teams from MAC and Deborah Lippman creating a fresh cosmetic look that captured the elegant yet modern feel of the collection.
