Over fashion month, Models.com noticed how the muses of the runway are often the best showcase of style in real time. Many a notable name dusted off their best winter threads as they journeyed through New York, London, Milan, and Paris. With images by resident photographer Melodie Jeng, Models.com takes a closer look at some of the trends that defined streetstyle and were on our radar.
Snuggle Up
Models sported plush toppers that were full of glamour and warmth this season. From shearling to leopard, there’s no better item to turn to when it’s freezing, making fuzzy coats and jackets the go-to statement pieces on models that caught our eye.
Check On It
With a focus on crisp menswear tailoring, street style muses were clad in plaid outerwear in neutral colorways for this season’s shows. Whether it was Gordon tartan or more demure checks, the coat staple was the perfect topper for cooler temps.
Pop of Color
Amidst the F/W season’s predictable dark palette, a refreshing departure emerged as models dared to inject vibrant hues into their off-duty looks. Think Barbie pink, fiery cherry reds, electrifying sapphires, and zesty oranges artfully splashed across trench coats, cozy sweaters, statement scarves, and playful crop tops.
Winter Whites
As winter’s touch of snow blanketed the city, shades of white became the quintessential finishing touch for any winter look. Models embraced the ethereal color, effortlessly pairing it with flared pants, cozy coats, and even a daring halter dress, elevating the winter aesthetic to new heights.
