Diesel 55 in California. Kissing a pretty girl while simulating a free fall by hanging in the air with a harness and cables. Painful experience but the outcome was cool.

I would go for its gastronomy, followed closely by its language.

He’s named after a flower (Not the lady in ‘Keeping Up Appearances’ Heehee!) because he’s beeeyouteeful! Also, Hyacinth is a name of Greek mythological figures and saints.
