How discovered:
I was scouted many times since I was 14 years old by some Russian agencies but that time I was absolutely not ready for full-time traveling and losing my funny teenage life. Just after I graduated university I suddenly felt that it was the right time to start discovering the world and to finally use this great opportunity I have and I moved to Moscow and started working as a model

Favorite things:
I love impressionist paintings. I love to get lost in art and these paintings are perfect for that, cause usually the paintings look unfinished or fuzzy but with using your imagination and putting some dreams, you can see absolutely incredible worlds full of beauty and inspiration

What are you listening to at the moment?
My favorite bands are The Raveonettes, Daughter, FM Belfast, gusgus, The Brian Jonestown Massacre, Honne. Also can’t live without listening to old iconic bands like Guns n Roses, The 13th Floor Elevators, Broder Daniel, Fleetwood Mac

Favorite movie, tv show:
My faves are Fight Club, Girl Interrupted, Elephant Man and Moulin Rouge. Show I was crazy about is Twin Peaks, now I watch Vikings and for sure Game of Thrones (so great!!!)

Maison Margiela / Comme des Garcons-2 / Lipstick: MAC ‘Relentlessly Red’

What would you be doing if you weren’t modeling?
Traveler with camera and album for drawings

What’s something uncool that you love anyway?
Counting the stars

Favorite modeling experience so far?
Shooting editorial in caves in Scotland was the hardest but the most inspiring experience in my life

What’s the best thing about your hometown/country?
Russia is so big, and every place every small village has it’s own unique vibes. I miss Russian forests, I have never feel myself free and so close to nature as there

Which brand would you really love to model for?
To be a part of Maison Margiela show for now is my dream. Wang is a genius of course and I think I fit his vibe, and also last season Sacai impressed me a lot. The photographers I am obsessed with now are Mert Alas & Marcus Piggot

Place you would love to visit:
Antarctica. Once I was at the exhibition in one museum in Moscow where there was a great collection of objects, diaries, maps, modern science equipment, images of polar researchers, who live and work there and how they help us to understand impacts of climate and sea level change, and it is so beautiful and so different there, like another planet…

Currently you’re obsessed with/about:
Now becoming a part of fashion industry I understand how much I don’t know about the history of the photography, and now it’s became my obsession, I wanna know everything about every genre of photography, I admire what an enormous development happened in less than 200 years, so great!
