Already a veteran of the latest mens shows in London, where he walked for Astrid Andersen as well as appeared in the Pringle of Scotland presentation, Axel has also shot for Schön! magazine. Like a cool breeze on a hot summer day, Axel’s look is both street and sophisticated. With more editorial due out any day now, it could be a while before Axel is back in his island paradise…

Nothing special about him. He looks like the average African American on the streets. When will the industry get it that there are many different looking AA men and women. I’m sick of seeing them all look like David, Ger or Grace. It’s getting boring isn’t fashion suppose to be innovating.

I’m black and I’m very different looking. Can I be a model please??! I know this industry ISN’T racist, not by choice, but by marketing benefit. I always see the THUG black guys or raw Africans killing it. So why can’t I?

I m also west indies(Martinique) and i can tell you that we have a lot of aspiring models.It should also know that the mixtures incredible.So you can see young black people with blue or green eyes.I thing that Axel is really very good,that he has a real potential and that is represents very well our island.My favorit picture is the 11 th even though it is almost all good.I wish you the very best in fashion industry
