Went to art school in Zurich. First book Walter Pfeiffer published in 1980 was titled "Walter Pfeiffer". Known for his candid photos, many times with a homoerotic slant. In 2007, worked with i-D and shot a multi page fashion spread. Then photographed Tom Ford for Vanity Fair. Shot Agyness Deyn for May 08 i-D cover. Cites Cecil Beaton, Manolo Blahnik and John Galliano as his idols. (info from Hint April 08)
