I started shooting pictures in my teens after seeing my sister go from Tomboy to fashion model. It made such a strong impression on me to see what hair, makeup and styling could do to someone’s identity! I started on my school friends and eventually made a passion my career. I love beauty, beauty in a face, in clothing, in light and in the lines of a someone’s body.

I am at my truest when it's just me and the model and natural light through a window and no expectations for what we will create.

And so I have created RICHESMGMT, an international model scouting, development and placement agency based in Amsterdam with representation in London. I feel being a photographer gives me a unique insight into the development of a model to help them reach their fullest potential.
