Driven by an unparalleled
imagination, Lori Goldstein is one of the most
sought-after stylists in the fashion industry. For
over twenty years she has been identified by her
collaborations with Annie Leibovitz, principal
photographer for Vanity Fair, and since the early
1990's, with Steven Meisel for Italian Vogue.
While Goldstein's contribution to fashion and
portraiture distinguishes her, she has continued to
be an innovator and experimenter in the realm of
fashion, drawing on a vast historical and
contemporary cultural knowledge. Originally
inspired by the work of Diane Arbus, Goldstein was
driven to see the world in new way. Her
contributions to Italian Vogue, China Vogue, Vogue
Nippon and W along with a vast array of iconic
advertising images from Versace, TSE, Vera Wang,
Gap, Tiffany's and Kohl's demonstrate her keen
ability to reinvent and rejuvenate the field.
Goldstein has held positions of Contributing Editor
at Italian Vogue and Allure, and has acted as
creative consultant and stylist for numerous
celebrities including Madonna, Demi Moore,
Julianne Moore and Anne Hathaway. She has
worked as a creative consultant with over forty
fashion designers including Vera Wang, Nina Ricci,
Carolina Herrera, Versace, BCBG and TSE.
In 2011, Goldstein joined W Magazine as its style
editor at large.
In December 2013, Lori became Elle Magazine's
Fashion-Editor-at-Large.
