Modelwatch Take a cue from the looks on the Spring 2002 Gucci, Versace and Missoni runways because it's looking like a new direction for hair. Fashion seems to be aching for a rush of the glamourous and the sexy and the models, accordingly are adjusting. Last year, every girl worth her day rate chopped her hair off in a short asymmetrical bob. This season everyone’s trying to grow it out to get that long luxurious effect that worked so well for the 70’s. Shrewdly sporting the new length in Milan were former MDC covergirls IMG’s Anouck Lepere, Next’s Natasha V and DNA’s Karolina Kurkova, as well as Women’s Carmen Kass, Ford’s Valarie Sipp and Elite’s Karen Elson.
