HANGING WITH "THE BABE"

During the frenzy of Fashion Week, MODELS.com's Betty Sze caught up with our beloved... Lucas "The Babe" Babin for an impromptu backstage interview.

What were you doing before you started modeling?
I was in school, going to college in Texas and you know... playing my guitar and singing in bars.

And how did you enter the "beautiful world of modeling"?
I was scouted by Ford LA.

What's your favorite fashion city - NY, Paris, London, or Milan? And why?
Milan for the fashion but New York for FUN!

What's the most surprising thing you found about the fashion world?
How much MORE the girls make as compared to us guys!

What do your friends and family think of your pictures?
They're very excited and happy. My Mom and my friends bought up all the magazines with the Versace ads in Houston!

How does Lucas "The Babe" Babin unwind after a hard day of modeling?
Oh its sooooo difficult... (looks at MODELS.com interviewer likes she's crazy!) I play the guitar and relax!
