Perfect Vision

The rumor of Paris powerhouse, Vision Model's imminent move to NY has been circulating for six months now. Having singlehandedly updated the current model market with ground breaking girls like Hannelore, Ann Catherine, Anastasia and Laura Delicata the very idea had all of NY shivering with anticipation. Well fear not. V-NYC, currently sharing space with the red hot men's shop Clear, is in town to manage its wards with the shrewd clarity that brought the Paris wing to the top. We think they're a perfectly welcome addition to the scene (and how cool it is to be able to finally book these girls without factoring in the headache of time zone differences!)

Dior or Die

Approximately a year ago, two of MODELS.com key contributers shot a test with a charming male model discovery from Upstate NY. At the end of the shoot the general conclusion was that  Eric von Nostrand's poetic face was destined to go places. Talk about understatement. Now young von Nostrand is indeed the exclusive face of the newly inaugrated Dior's men's line overseen by Hedi Slimane. His is a contract so exclusive, it does not allow him to shoot anything else (not even editorial) for anyone else... whatsover. Not that IMG's crown prince is complaining. His compensation for such exclusivity means he was able to buy Dad a new house. Now where did we put those pictures from that prescient test...
