Tell us about Holland:
Holland is very flat with a lot of farms and lakes. I'm from a small village of 1500 in the province of Friesland which is in the north of Holland. The region has a lot of cows and small homes and is really beautiful.

Activities...
I love running, sailing, surfing, any water sports, dancing and of course ice skating which most everyone in Holland does.

What's your favorite thing about New York?
Everything (shops and restaurants especially) is always open and very accessible. In my village, there is no cinema, I have to bike 25 miles to the next town to go see a film.

Who/what do you miss?
Eddy my boyfriend; my parents and sister; my parents' home cooking; the fresh vegetables from our garden; Dutch cheese and yogurt.

What are you looking forward to in modeling?
I realize I am very lucky to be where I am in my life. I hope to learn a lot about the business but I really want to stay grounded because everything is going very well and fast!  I do hope one day to be an actress. But most importantly, I want to be happy in whatever I do.
