As one of the youngest designers showing during Paris fashion week, Pedro Lourenco is a clear contender for the title of “fashion’s future leader. It is no wonder then that Lourenco seemed to have futurism on the brain for fall, eschewing the detailed leather looks he’s become known for in favor of lighter metallic pieces. Chunky fur was added to his repertoire along with mirrored heels that appeared to defy gravity; another touch of the high tech were the luxe iPad cases perfect for editors on the go. Lourenco’s mix of the directional and the practical is sure to please all those key buyers who were in attendance today.

Elegant and sophisticated like the great YSL in the mid 60´s.
I really do not think the models were appropriate. But then again that is a touch of fashion. And even greater for it is of a brazilian! Brazil is indeed showing up as fashion goes. Pedro is good, I love those shoes.
