Calvin Klein F/W 16
Francisco Costa continues to build upon his decade-long legacy at Calvin Klein and expand the definition of luxurious minimalism. This season’s offering started simplistically with tailored black pieces with masculine edge but then something blossomed out of the collection – princely plaid checks, raw edges, digital prints that mirrored animal fur, dreamy Brazilian agate crystals, it all was a surprisingly organic departure from what Costa has presented in the past and a compelling push of the idea of the Calvin Klein woman. Supple leathers and sensual furs were braided throughout the collection with belted straps and harnesses tying all the eclecticism together. Models Lexi Boling, Julia Nobis, Stella Lucia, and Yasmin Wijnaldum lead the fashion pack for the urban collection centered around feminine strength and elegance.

It’s so funny how Suvi keeps appearing in these shows without ever having a showcard. It’s like if the designers just call her directly.
I love his collection!
