I won't say that you are too young for this. SEX HURTS, sometimes physically and most of the time EMOTIONALLY!!!
You can prevent the physical hurt, or at LEAST lessen it by insisting that your lover be GENTLE, BUT...the emotional stuff is another GORY story. The act of sex affects the female gender much differently than it does the males of our species.
SWEETIE, if I were you, I would continue dating, and wait till I felt completely emotionally secure with my lover, express my fears, not just to him, but also to a trusted confidante...AND then LISTEN, really listen to each of their responses, then speak to a therapist (or write to someone like P.
