Anna Floats in Vogue Germany

February 2nd, 2016 |Posted by steven.yatsko

Anna Ewers again takes her rightful spot on the cover of Vogue Germany, teaming up for the second time with photographer by Patrick Demarchelier for the March issue of the glossy. The Model of the Year and number-one German is captured for the inside editorial looking light as a feather dressed in patterned and ruffled wares styled by Sarajane Hoare, while windswept, fluttering hair by Teddy Charles blows extra life into the jaunty but airy poses. Make-up by Sally Branka is all glow and no show, emphasizing Anna’s utter prettiness. See the preview of the story below.

November 12th, 2015 |Posted by Irene Ojo-Felix

Vogue Germany drums up a different beat with their latest December issue. Photographer duo Luigi & Iango create stellar visuals for this artistically graphic editorial featuring the current muses of our time Ajak Deng, Lineisy Montero, Grace Bol, Achok Majak, Riley Montana, Mari Agory, Nykhor Paul, Amilna Estevao, and newcomer, Francine James. The black beauties represent in all their radiant glory, cloaked in the most engaging pieces from Alexander Wang, Rick Owens, Junya Watanabe, and Givenchy courtesy of Patti Wilson. Piercing gazes, svelte bodies, dazzling posing – all is expertly captured here in a way that elevates the thought of simplified tribal convention to powerful modernity.

True at First Light

For Vogue Germany’s June issue Alisa Ahmann takes center stage romantically photographed by Giampaolo Sgura. On the cover the towheaded German stuns in Celine with pops of crimson added from dahlia brooches, styled by Christiane Arp. On the inside, the red motif is carried through creating a vivid color story. But Alisa’s sculptural cheekbones command the attention accented by powdery salmon hues and simply crimped hair.
