Andres Velencoso Segura is very tall and Kylie Minogue is so very short but they are a totally cute couple.

Uh, hello, young aspiring actors and models… Read about Harry Potter’s Daniel Radcliffe and his interview with an 11 year old reporter and take lessons on being a true star in our book: being classy and kind.

Of the big American fashion mags, it looks like the only model cover will be Kate Moss for W Magazine and former model Charlize Theron for American Vogue. Sad. Click here for the other blondes.

Supermodel baby bump watch… first Heidi Klum, then Adriana Lima, possibly Gisele Bundchen and now Karolina Kurkova. There is something in the VS water.

Tragic news… Dash Snow, artist and fashion world denizen passes away this week. Our hearts go out to his family and especially his young daughter.

For our young feminist models, there’s a new teen blog out there!

In big picture news, iconic designer Issey Miyake talks for the first time of surviving the nuclear bomb dropped on Hiroshima. Why now? He was inspired by Obama’s speech in Prague.

They’re already talking about Spring/Summer 2010 campaigns! Pringle! Tilda Swinton! Ryan McGinley! Click here to read more.

Brana Wolf beautifully styles the latest looks in Bazaar and makes it totally wearable.

Ponyryder hits another out of the ballpark, this time with a chat with top model Toni Garrn.

Family Matters

Gender is on the mind of the editors of Tush. Toni Garrn and her brother, Niklas play both sides of the beauty ideal on multiple covers. While Toni is known for her modeling, Niklas is a relatively new face on the scene in spite of the fact that he’s two years older than Toni. Which Garrn cover is your favorite?

My Little Toni

February 11th, 2009 |Posted by Janelle

Toni Garrn takes on cowboy style, the alluring teen from Hamburg may be a city slicker but she looks every bit the countrified lady between the pages of Vogue Germany. Greg Kadel shoots Toni alongside ponies, peonies and the sprawling landscape of the high plains. The western styling by Katie Mossman brings the whole look together creating a compelling and sexy vision of the wild west.

December 31st, 2008 |Posted by Janelle

More S/S 09 ads than you can shake a stick at! This season the vibe is elegant, eclectic and as always, fashionable. Natasha Poly, Lily Donaldson and Abbey Lee Kershaw reprise their roles as Gucci girls in a colorful tropic setting joined by former MOTW Jonatan Frenk. The Inez and Vinoodh helmed ads are a breath of fresh air. Meanwhile, Karl Lagerfeld does double duty as designer and photographer for Chanel and Fendi – capturing Toni Garrn and Heidi Mount looking lovely.

Prada Panache

December 19th, 2008 |Posted by Janelle

Prada keeps on evolving. Last season’s campaign with industry standards Linda Evangelista and Patrick Petitjean was all about mature refinement but for S/S 09 the brand shifts gears towards a youthful interpretation of luxury. Enlisting the season’s most prominent fresh faces to portray an elegantly coiffed series of sirens makes for an inspiring visual. Viktoriya Sosonkina, Toni Garrn, Ymre Stiekema, Katrin Thormann, Nimue Smit, Sigrid Agren and Giedre Dukauskaite represent everything Prada stands for. Drawing inspiration from ancient stone reliefs and classical art Meisel creates an enthralling vision. With the first picture giving us just a taste of what is to come, we cannot wait to see what else the maestro has up his sleeves.

Who's The Boss?

December 9th, 2008 |Posted by Janelle

It’s hard being girl most wanted but somehow Toni Garrn manages. First the emotive and sexually charged Bergman themed editorial in Vogue Italia and now the spoils of campaign season. For Boss Hugo Boss, Mario Testino reveals another layer of the Garrn mystique. Looking every bit the Hitchcock blonde Toni struts  along a steep mountainside with poise and confidence. The world is hers and it’s only the beginning – stay tuned for 7 more Garrn-centric campaigns this season.

Blonde On Blonde

November 3rd, 2008 |Posted by Janelle

Steven Meisel takes readers seaside for Vogue Italia‘s November issue with a dramatic cinema inspired editorial featuring two of fashion’s iciest blonde beauties. Toni Garrn and Katrin Thormann are elegant as ever in furs and knit sweaters but it’s the electric interaction between the two regal fashion fixtures that makes the editorial special.
