With the triple campaign whammy of Balenciaga, Isabel Marant and Emilio Pucci Gisele Bundchen proves herself high fashion’s MVP. Given that she’s already the current face of H&M and has taken over Stuart Weitzman from none other than Kate Moss, it can feel as though we’re seeing Gisele everywhere and that’s a good thing. Bundchen has always been a compelling presence in front of the camera and her jam-packed campaign slate gives her ample opportunity to display her versatility. In Steven Klein‘s (Art Partner) punk ads for Balenciaga she’s a buzz-cut sporting rebel, while Mario Sorrenti‘s(Art Partner) sleek ads for Pucci give her a chance to amp up the sex appeal in Peter Dundas‘ elegantly embellished party pieces. Inez van Lamsweerde and Vinoodh Matadin offer yet another interpretation with Bundchen playing Marant’s well-dressed everywoman in Marant’s signature relaxed knits and layers.
