Helsinki-based SSAW Magazine (Finland) is a recent addition to the fashion landscape and releases its fourth issue this fall. It dedicates the whole issue to the number four with 4 covers by 4 different photographers and includes 4 interviews with top fashion folk. Though the magazine may be based in faraway Finland, the contributors are an international and eclectic mix- from returning photographers Anuschka Blommers/Niels Schumm and Arno Frugier to new contributors Bruna Kazinoti, Ward Ivan Rafik and Frederik Heyman. From the superstar 90’s British model Cecilia Chancellor to rising young models- Katlin Aas, Irina Kravchenko, Kayley Chabot, Karlis Adlers and Louis de Castro and with features dedicated to Prada, Dries van Noten, Yohji Yamamoto and Raf Simons, SSAW from Finland marks their place as definitely a magazine to watch.
