Using her skills as an actress Rie Rasmussen embodies the role of disenchanted L.A. housewife, from cleaning a broken glass off the kitchen floor, to staring blanky at her own reflection, Rie adds emotion to each and every picture.

Roger Deckker creates images of 70s inspired beauty for Self Service; Filippa Hamilton, Ana Claudia Michels and Rie Rasmussen (all cast by Natalie Joos) star in Dekker’s elegant black and whites, styled by the always inventive Marie Chaix. Each girl represents a different kind of beauty and the larger than life glamour of the  images lets their best shine through.

Nicola Formichetti‘s outlandish styling drives Benjamin Alexander Huseby‘s dreamy story for VMan. The fantastical tale features powerhouses Mathias Lauridsen and Rie Rasmussen wearing unusual headdresses and some of fall’s most daring runway looks. Both Rie and Mathias are posing pros and their animated expressions make the story even more enjoyable.

The Vogue Italia couture supplement is a time honored tradition and this season’s cover is off the charts. Rie Rasmussen is taken into the futuristic world of Steven Klein and she has never looked better, the image of Rie is strong, sexy and leaves us hungry for more. Patti Wilson‘s styling on this is is just phenomenal – that Valentino catsuit certainly didn’t look as appealing on the runway…

Citizen K always provides an unique perspective on fashion and this month it focuses its attention on the iconic allure of true model’s models. The stars of 1 Model Management are shining brightly in a series of editorials that play to the strengths of each girl.
