Whether it is actress / musician / Balenciaga muse Charlotte Gainsbourg posing for photos on the floor of her living room, or Tatiana Cotliar as a screaming Beatles fan, the imagery is upbeat, beautiful and perfectly suited to the musical theme.

Serpent’s Kiss

December 12th, 2011 |Posted by Janelle

The latest edition of Oyster Magazine features the dangerous curves of Daisy Lowe and a slithering serpent twisting its way around her body. The imagery is classic, a beautiful woman as the ultimate temptation, a motif we’ve seen in everything from renaissance paintings to Avedon portraits, but Will Davidson makes it feel fresh. Focusing on the slinky selection of Stella McCartneyLouis Vuitton & Azzedine Alaia chosen by Stevie Dance and Daisy’s sixties chic look, Davidson crafts a story that is stark yet sensual.
