Dreamers

August 6th, 2014 |Posted by models.com

Here’s to all the dreamers! Santiago & Mauricio Sierra (Cadence New York) create an otherworldly portrait of modern youth for Love Magazine with their trippy film ‘Dreamers’ starring Natalie Westling, Abiah Hostvedt, Pauline Hoarau, Gabriel Marques and Chris Davis (casting by Larissa Gunn). The eclectic cast skateboards and glides through a surreal suburban landscape complete with McDonalds golden arches looming in the distance. As the models move through the scene a haunting rendition of ‘Mad World’ plays in the background, highlighting the familiar yet slightly off-kilter vibe of the whole clip.

June 16th, 2014 |Posted by Janelle

The bohemian days of the late 60s come alive again in the pages of Vogue China with Kati Nescher and Natalie Westling playing a pair of luxe hippies in Mikael Jansson‘s sumptuous cover story. With crowns of flowers adorning their waist length tresses styled by Anthony Turner (Art Partner) and an array of floaty maxi dresses selected by Anastasia Barbieri (Art Partner), Kati and Natalie look authentically retro. Mark Carrasquillo (Art Partner) provides the final beauty touch adding on smoky eyes and pale lips into the equation to complete the mood.

Hey, Big Spender!

March 14th, 2014 |Posted by Matthew

Whetting your envy for retail therapy, British Vogue’s April issue follows a bevy of fresh faces as they embark upon a shopping fantasy along Paris’ storied Avenue Montaigne. Nigel Shafran shoots 9 rising girls—Estella Brons, Binx Walton, and Olympia Campbell among them—as they set to popping tags at fashion’s biggest brands, including Céline, Louis Vuitton, and Alaia. Snapping each girl at a different stage of the shopping ritual, the series finds Natalie Westling at David Chipperfield’s Valentino boutique and Ine Neefs hilariously praying before the window at Chanel. Though Irina Liss and Elodia Prieto are the only girls seen leaving stores with bags in tow, we can’t pity the others; styled by Joe McKenna, every girl, from Harleth Kuusik to Alewya Demmisse, looks like she owns the place. / See the full story on MAP
