V Magazine‘s 90th issue takes on top models with multiple covers and an all Mario Testino (Art Partner) lineup of editorials featuring the photographer’s favorite faces. The always alluring Joan Smalls leads an all-star cast that includes Matthew Terry, Emily DiDonato, Sean O’Pry, Amanda Murphy, Clark Bockelman, Bridget Malcolm and Aurelien Muller. The beautiful couples strip down to their skivvies and show off those toned physiques in bikini bottoms and skintight jeans styled by Sarajane Hoare. The combination makes for an appealing series of images - colorful, steamy and filled with revealing shots of the world’s most beautiful bodies.

The Calvin Universe

The labels may be different, but there is a spirt that unites the many lines of the Calvin Klein empire. During campaign season the mega-brand always manages to create a stir and for fall they unveil five new campaigns, distinctive yet unmistakably Calvin. Mert Alas and Marcus Piggott (Art Partner) shoot Calvin Klein Jeans & Underwear enlisting Lara Stone and Matthew Terry to provide the prerequisite sex appeal. The #mycalvins hashtag is emblazoned across Mert & Marcus’ beautiful black and white portraits of the duo and is sure to resonate with the social media obsessed.

For Calvin Klein Collection and Platinum advertising David Sims shoots serene images of CK favorites Vanessa Axente and Clark Bockelman sporting the memorable F/W collections with stylish flair. The collection ads with their striking mountainside backdrop provide an especially beautiful showcase for Sims’ minimal style.

Last but certainly not least, familiar faces Edita Vilkeviciute and Tyson Ballou make a perfect couple in the pared down ads for White Label. Sporting coordinating tweeds and knits and looking cooler than thou in Daniel Jackson‘s shots the duo are ideal Calvin representatives conveying exactly the right amount of urban chic.

The Search Goes On

It’s that time of year again- the V Man/Ford Models search. Since 2008 VMAN has partnered with Ford Models to seek out the next famous face in men’s fashion. Once a year, entrants from around the world submit to the search online for the chance to sign with Ford and be on the cover of VMAN. Past winners include Clark Cord, Joseph Dolce, and Calvin Klein underwear/fragrance model-of-the-moment, Matthew Terry. The winner will be photographed by none other than Karl Lagerfeld for the cover of VMAN 30, the magazine’s upcoming tenth anniversary issue. CK knows how to create an image filled with sex appeal and they’ve never shied away from pushing the envelope when it comes to visuals. CK Jeans’ ads are as much about the sex appeal of Lara Stone and Toni Garrn as they are about the brightly colored denim. Fabien Baron‘s creative direction keeps this M&M wet n’wild extravaganza on the sleek side, but make no mistake the line is out to turn up the heat with these shots.

Brad Kroenig as an easy rider? That’s a concept we can get behind. True Religion focuses on personality for Spring with ads themed around denim clad mavericks, wanderers and rebels.
