Tropic Heat

April 29th, 2014 |Posted by Janelle

The very best covers of Numéro offer a sumptuous take on fashion that thrives on decadent imagery and the most eye-catching designer wares. Txema Yeste delivers a stunning May cover starring a platinum blonde Aymeline Valade clad in glossy Dolce & Gabbana. Stylist Belén Casadevall pulls out all the stops dressing Aymeline in an array of transparent, skin-tight and embellished looks, each one more revealing than the last. The seductive editorial showcases Aymeline at her best as a formidable temptress set against a vivid tropical backdrop.

Hair – Laurent Philippon / Make up -Victor Alvarez (Paris: ArtList Paris, New York: ArtList NY) / Set – Cristina Ramos

Solaire

November 22nd, 2013 |Posted by victoria

Txema Yeste captures Martha Hunt with his extraordinary artistic technique in the latest issue of Numéro Magazine. Perfectly styled by Franck Benhamou, Hunt looks absolutely radiant in ‘Solaire’, along with her impeccable bone structure highlighted throughout the editorial. Also, the heavy winged eye makeup and famed feathered Gucci dress leaves us to believe there may have been some ‘Black Swan’ inspiration behind this stunning shoot.

Lusting Over Luss

June 28th, 2013 |Posted by models.com

Sasha Luss (and her glass-cutting cheekbones) seem to be everywhere these days- and we can’t get enough! Luss turns heads on Numeros most recent cover, and inside the magazine the spotlight is undoubtedly on her edgy editorial- showing a different side of the sophisticated model. In ‘Born to Be Wild’ Luss works the camera looking like punk-rock perfection in the artistic shoot by Anthony Maule.

Styling: Samuel Francois | Hair: Laurent Philippon | Make-Up: Hugo Villard

A Blue Kiss

January 19th, 2012 |Posted by Janelle

Ming Xi, Kate King, Anais Pouliot and Karo Mrozkova headline Vogue Russia‘s  February issue with a sultry shot by Patrick Demarchelier, but what were really loving is the beauty mood of the corresponding editorial. Fulvia Farolfi creates a standout royal blue lip on the girls, while Laurent Philippon provides the undone hair. Combine these elements with Ekaterina Mukhina‘s elegant styling and you’ve got a story that pops off the page. Looking to recreate the daring blue pout for yourself? Give Makeup Forever’s Flash Color case a try.
