Jourdan is IT!

November 26th, 2008 |Posted by Betty

Jourdan Dunn‘s Model of the Year accolades at the British Fashion Awards is a fantastic coup for the London beauty and her mother agency Storm Model Management. Ms Dunn beat out top English stars Agyness Deyn and Lily Donaldson but what made the victory even more stunning? Her top modeling accomplishments happened within the space of 4 months. Starting with the star making Meisel lensed July Vogue Italia cover followed in quick succession by 4 other covers, appearances in Gap/Benetton/Topshop campaigns and countless editorials, Jourdan’s moment has clearly arrived.

Eniko Au Go Go

i-D continues to be on the pulse of the model momentum. After a 2008 full of covers from fashion fixtures like Natasha Poly, Lara Stone, Raquel Zimmermann and Jourdan Dunn they kick the new year off right with the stunning Eniko Mihalik. The Hungarian beauty and Inez and Vinoodh favorite gives the trademark i-D wink with the help of a unique bejeweled eye patch. Even with the unorthodox adornment, Eniko’s natural beauty shines through.

Kate and Viv

September 18th, 2008 |Posted by Betty

Greg Kessler captures Kate Moss, Vivienne Westwood and Vivienne’s head designer in London at Viv’s show. Greg shoots backstage for and NY Times and is one of the hardest working guys we know. We just did one fashion week (NY) and are completely wiped out. Not sure how he does all 4 of them, season after season! Check out his blog, Go Backstage. And just so you know Jourdan Dunn opened and closed what sounded like a pretty exciting show.

Other news from London: Naomi walks 3 times for her charity event for pregnant women and infants. Other fabulous models walking for her? Tyson Beckford and yes, Vivienne Westwood. In fashion, we always come full circle.
