Spring Break

March 21st, 2013 |Posted by Betty

How ready is everyone for spring? Spanish magazine Fucking Young‘s new issue, with the theme of ’1997′, certainly brightens the blustery day with a delightful dose of the coolest male models garbed in eye catching pieces by Burberry, Ermenegildo Zegna, Fred Perry and more. Luca Finotti shoots and art directs Dutch favorite Ton Heukels for the cover but keep an eye out for the vintage Gianni Versace archive pieces for the inside edit. And yes all those braces were worn solely for the shoot. Check out the cheeky (and teeth-y) video below and preorder it, here.

The Look of Benjamin Lennox

May 7th, 2012 |Posted by Janelle

There is no shortage of young photography talent on the scene, but it takes a lot to stand out from the fray. Lately we’ve been noticing the dynamic work of Benjamin Lennox and his uniquely arresting style. With images that are sharp, sleek and striking, Lennox has carved out a niche for himself, shooting for magazines like 10 Men Magazine, Muse Magazine and VMan.

His latest story, Chromatic for 10 Men is an expressive feast for the eyes, that captures everything we’re loving about his style. From the creative use of accessories & props that give the portraits an off-kilter feel (note the precisely placed rose petals dangling from Jake Shortall‘s mouth), to those kinetic movement shots that look like something out of a dream, Lennox knows how to grab your attention. Dramatic imagery aside, Lennox can also create a classic black and white like none other, his simply beautiful shot of Ginta Lapina shows a whole other side.
