After the successful collection Versus X Anthony Vaccarello in last September at New York Fashion Week. Anthony Vaccarello has been confirmed as the new creative director of Versus Versace.
Donatella Versace, the Vice President of there Versace Group said: “I’ve followed Anthony’s work from his very first collection, as soon as I met him I realized immediately he was the one, he gets it, his talent screams Versus Versace. I love his fresh energy and innovation and I love being surrounded by a talent which brings newness to Versace.”
Anthony’s first collection as creative director will debut with the F/W 2015 both menswear and womenswear. Now that one of fashion’s most talented designer has join Versace, how will the legendary brand continue?

Alessandro Michele has been given lead at Gucci, the promotion was widely rumored and Gucci finally confirmed the appointment on Wednesday.
The former head of accessories design, Alessandro Michele, now is Gucci’s new creative director. After Frida Giannini stepped down, rumors about who would be her replacement spread rapidly within the industry. Those the outside world of Gucci may not familiar with Michele but he has been at the label since 2002. Certainly his knowledge of the Italian luxury brand is abundant, so let’s see the new direction of Gucci’s womenswear in Milan Fashion Week this season.

In lighter news, Victoria’s Secret’s angels are in full on Superbowl mode with an all-star commercial set to air in the middle of the big game. Adriana Lima, Doutzen Kroes, Behati Prinsloo, Lily Aldridge and Candice Swanepoel don matching uniforms and take the field where they display some real sports skills.
