You have to do a double take with this radiant editorial from Vogue Japan‘s latest issue. Liza Ostanina is a kaleidoscopic dream in romantically peachy hues and prismatic, twinkling jewelry. Vivdly captured by Greg Lotus the editorial features baubles selected by editor Ekaterina Melnikova from the prestigious houses of Bulgari, Cartier, and Chanel. The vertiginous portraits don’t skimp on the beauty factor either with a perfected visage of delicate cat-eyes and wine stained lips courtesy of Laurent Philippon and Carole Lasnier. Wearing coordinated swimsuits and wide brim hats, the girls seem ready for the Riviera; Sedene looks perfectly chic with her cigarette holder and champagne, while Ayan is as  regal as ever in a sexy one-piece.

Sometimes everything just comes together flawlessly: Alana Zimmer, stars in a perfectly executed Vogue Italia editorial by Greg Lotus. Set against an incredible cave backdrop, the story features Alana in ornate gold jewelry, unusual hair looks by Antoinette Beenders and monochromatic makeup by Stephen Dimmick. Each element, with flawless styling by Danny Santiago, adds to the dreamy feel of the images and helps to create a truly memorable story that highlights Alana’s regal beauty.

Greg Lotus transports us back to the glamour of the 1940s for Vogue Italia. The talented lensman shoots Tanya Dziahileva, Christina Carey and newcomer Janete Friedrich for a series of images that look like stills from a neo-Noir film. Each girl plays her part perfectly and the dramatic lighting, combined with the overarching sense of mystery makes for an especially intriguing tale.
