LOVE Magazine

A thrilling exploration of youth and the raw fashion straight off the fall runways. Cara Delevingne, Edie Campbell, Georgia May Jagger, Chiharu Okunugi, Sam Rollinson, Jonathan Bauer Hayden, Jacob Morton and Dominic Myatt play the eccentric cast of characters in this unexpectedly gritty cut and paste fantasy. Mert and Marcus’ artistic images combined with Yiapanis’ exceptional styling makes for an editorial that stands out from the crowd, even with the dearth of September issues headed our way.

A Touch of Grey

February 17th, 2012 |Posted by Janelle

Grey Magazine is known for their moody black and white covers of haunting beauties, but for their latest issue they offer an appealing mix of styles on 4 very different covers. Georgia May Jagger gets the Chadwick Tyler treatment in an unexpected gritty turn, Antonia Wesseloh is sitting pretty in a shot by Ellen von Unwerth, Caterina shows off that bejeweled Prada collection in Manuela Pavesi’s cover and last but not least, Kelly Mittendorf gives avant-garde edge to Ralph Lauren’s classic designs in an image by Shiela Metzner.

Portrait of a Lady

August 26th, 2011 |Posted by Janelle

Pop Magazine‘s blend of art and fashion continues to excite. The F/W cover features Georgia May Jagger transformed into a regal debutante by British artist, Gillian Wearing. Given Wearing’s taste for subversion (a glimpse of her famous Pin Ups series can be seen in the Pop logo) and the magazine’s idiosyncratic sensibilities the accompanying editorial is sure to be a treat.

A Luxurious Touch

October 15th, 2010 |Posted by Janelle

With all the rock chicks and grunge kids Hedi Slimane shoots on a daily basis, sometimes it is easy to forget the innate elegance of his work. Hedi hasn’t picked up a needle and thread in awhile, but his latest story for Bazaar shows a bit of that old sophistication we used to love back when he was at Dior Homme. The polished black and white editorial Slimane creates, shows Georgia May Jagger looking seductive thanks to makeup by Yumi and an exquisite selection of clothes by Clare Richardson.  The combination of youthful cool and all out luxury is instantly appealing and just right for the pages of Bazaar.

In the midst of the frenetic men’s castings for Milan and Paris, come a plethora of top new campaigns and faces to ogle:

Ollie Edwards, the winning Brit continues his hot streak as the campaign face for Giorgio Armani by Josh Olins.

Garrett Neff reaffirms his top model billing with the Trussardi campaign by everyone’s favorite Renaissance man Milan Vukmirovic.

New face Paolo Anchisi emerges in the Mario Testino lensed Versace campaign sharing the spotlight with stars Simon Nessman and Georgia May Jagger.

Though Jacob Coupe‘s Prada image is the only one to appear so far, Love Magazine gives a preview of the main campaign which was filmed and shot by artist and filmmaker, Yang Fudong who has “has created some of the most staggeringly beautiful works of independent cinema to come out of China.”
