Spring Forward

March 24th, 2015 |Posted by jonathanshia

Hercules Universal celebrates the “Endless Affair” with their latest issue, offering a clean and crisp vision of Spring/Summer 2015. Four black-and-white covers kick it off, featuring English actor Jeremy Irvine by Ben Weller, French rocker Marlon Magnée by Hedi Slimane, and models Alessio Pozzi and Austin Scoggin by, respectively, Daniel Riera and Bruno Staub. Social-media sensation Lucky Blue Smith stars in a vivid feature by Giampaolo Sgura, while Pozzi and Arran Sly look sharp in summer whites by Riera. Felix Gesnouin stars in an introspective story from Philippe Vogelenzang, and another editorial by Sgura peeks at the artistic life.

Staub’s collections feature, shot on Fire Island in gorgeous monochrome, features a passel of summer-ready Soul Artist Management faces, including Doug Pickett, Blaine Cook, Sean Harju, Brian Shimansky, Henry Watkins and Cory Bond, all of whom also appear in an accompanying video, premiering here on Models.com. Take a look at an exclusive preview of the issue below.

The Return of the Man

Cory Bond by Mariano Vivanco for Cesare Paciotti S/S 10

V Magazine‘s new size issue is generating much discussion making us examine our views on female models’ beauty in relation to their size. But what about the men? Two who light us up right now are Cory Bond and AJ Abualrub. Cory, at 32 and looking better than ever, plays the sexy foil to Isabeli Fontana in the Cesare Paciotti campaign.  AJ, last spring’s striking Calvin Klein face fronts this season’s Levi’s campaign by Ryan McGinley exuding a very panther-like energy. Both campaigns revel in their subjects’ utter masculinity and the fact that these are definitely men, not boys. We personally love this embrace of the manly man…. do you?

Pumping Iron

November 13th, 2009 |Posted by Janelle

You can always tell a picture by Terry Richardson, the iconic photographer blends humor and sex in a way that no one else can. Terry brings his tongue-in-cheek style to the new issue of VMan, with an editorial filled with 80s kitsch. Garrett Neff,Nate GillCory BondTanner Tillung and Grayson Gettys, lift weights, jump rope and show off those perfect physiques, but Terry keeps things lighthearted. Bonus points: Mel Ottenberg‘s wonderfully campy styling (cutoff t-shirts never looked so good) is straight out of the Olivia Newton John Physical video.

Knock Em’ Out

June 8th, 2009 |Posted by Janelle

Dolce & Gabbana’s F/W campaign packs a one-two punch of star power. Jesus Luz, David Gandy, Noah Mills, Adam Senn, Julien Quevenne, Cory Bond & Eva Herzigova join forces in a boxing themed series that takes inspiration from the classic Visconti film, Rocco e i Suoi Fratelli. Steven Klein is at the helm once again which means the campaign is sure to be memorable, slick and full of skin.

Bond Returns

June 27th, 2008 |Posted by Betty

Look who’s resurfaced and smolders in these black and white images by Arnaldo Anaya Lucca. MDC first met Corey 6 years ago and the difference is astonishing. The teen back then is now a man, and what a man. Shades of David Gandy we say!
