The Antidote

September 29th, 2011 |Posted by Betty

If you are reaching visual overload with the spring collections, Antidote Magazine and Giampaolo Sgura have just the thing for your tired eyes. Domenico Dolce & Stefano Gabbana themselves cast and styled this masculine take on the iconic Marilyn Monroe images, choosing longtime favorites like Adam Senn and Noah Mills mixed in with rising stars like Paolo Anchisi, Corey Baptiste and Jae Yoo. Tell us your favorite scantily Dolce & Gabbana clad beauty in the comments. Which of course begs the eternal question, boxers or briefs?

100 Views of Men

September 7th, 2011 |Posted by Betty

Like most people, we love a good list. Client Magazine’s new book: 100 Faces of 2011 is out and it’s full of their favorite men, from Brazilian favorites like Marlon Texeira and Francisco Lachowski to industry staples Sean O, Simon and Clement to newbies Jacob Young and Sam Lawson. Here’s a preview of some of the cooler images and newer faces from the book. For the full list of 100 and to buy/download the book, click here. Tell us your favorites and anyone you think they forgot in the comments.

Man Oh Man

July 16th, 2010 |Posted by Betty

Let’s not forget some of our favorite men coming out this fall. Man of the season Oleg Antosik cuts a striking figure for cK Calvin Klein by Fabien Baron. The always in demand Sean O’Pry headlines a stellar and sophisticated cast of Mathias Bergh, Jake Davies and hot newcomer Corey Baptiste in a debonair DKNY Men campaign by Nathaniel Goldberg. You’ll be seeing much more of Nikola Jovanovic come fall, here’s a classic image of him by Emilio Tini for Gianfranco Ferre Eyewear. Ian O’Brien has been a recent editorial favorite; he breaks out here this season with his first major campaign for Marc by Marc Jacobs by perennial MJ lensman, Juergen Teller. Terron Wood showcases his versatility and dynamic moves for artist/director Robert Longo‘s turbulent Bottega Veneta campaign. All so different yet so marvelous. What catches your eye the most?
