Ralph’s Grand Voyage

December 29th, 2014 |Posted by Janelle

Ralph Lauren has alway cultivated his own vision of luxury – a dash of Americana here, a touch of cinematic pomp there and a final touch of grandeur for good measure. The fashion icon’s latest campaign brings quirkiness into the mix with a fun-filled image by Bruce Weber starring Sanne Vloet. With a family of camels in the background and Sanne sporting the safari-inspired voluminous gown that closed the designer’s S/S15 show, Weber creates an atmosphere of whimsy and exploration.

EY! Boy Collection

December 5th, 2014 |Posted by jonathan

Luis Venegas, the Spanish mastermind behind brilliantly unconventional magazines Candy and Fanzine137, introduces his latest groundbreaking project this week with the launch of EY! Boy Collection, an exclusive offshoot ofEY! Magateen, which has, through nine issues, celebrated an international collection of youthful, masculine energy with a provocative and cheeky twist. For its inaugural issue, in hardcover with a limited-edition run of five hundred copies, all one hundred pages have been turned over to Bruce Weber, whose gimlet-eyed view of all-American youth has spawned an artistic genre in its own right. Weber here trains his lens on seventeen-year-old Florida native Garrett Taber, an avid surfer and rising new face who first worked with the photographer on a shoot for Abercrombie & Fitch. Taber’s sparkling eyes and charming smile fill the issue, for the first in a series of single-guy, single-photographer collaborations that promises to add another shining star to Venegas’ bursting roster. Take an exclusive first look inside the new publication, now available at, below.

Edita 24/7

March 18th, 2014 |Posted by Janelle

As one of the hardest working models in the biz Edita Vilkeviciute is a constant presence in magazines and campaigns, but this month the dynamic beauty goes the extra mile with a full slate of work that illustrates why she remains consistently in demand.

Dior clad on the cover of Vogue China‘s April issue, Edita captures the refinement of Raf Simons’ designs while adding a touch of sex appeal to the mix. Daniel Jackson‘s simple studio shots keep the focus on Julia von Boehm‘s selection of striking runway pieces and Edita’s powerful gaze. / See more from the new issue on

It is hard to think of another model quite as luminous as Edita, or an actor as fearsome as legendary tough guy, Danny Trejo. Imagine our surprise when Bruce Weber pairs the two up for a sweet editorial heavy on romance, sensuality and the joys of the unexpected. Weber’s signature golden retrievers even make an appearance in this series of sexy portraits / See the full story on M Le Monde

Fashion Fairy Tales

February 12th, 2014 |Posted by Matthew

For the Spring 2014 edition, CR Fashion Book is all about Fairy Tales, and Disney better watch out. Per usual, Issue 4 features dual covers, two fashion-forward updates of childhood fantasies shot by Sebastian Faena and Bruce Weber.

Dressing up Spielberg’ classic film, CR’s “E.T.” revisits the 1982 blockbuster with Lindsey Wixson in the role of Gertie (with much better clothes, of course). Photographer  Sebastian Faena brings his trademark for cinematic imagery to iconic scenes pulled from the original film, including the bicycle flying over the moon and E.T.’s glowing fingertips. Magda Laguinge and male model Abel Van Oeveren join Lindsey in showcasing Spring fashions from Prada, Miu Miu, and Proenza Schouler. /

For Bruce Webers take on “Fairy Tales,” CR tapped newcomer and Real Housewives of Beverly Hills offspring Gigi Hadid to star in a hippie-style story. Combining wilderness whimsy with pieces from Givenchy, Giorgio Armani, and Hermès, Weber’s story spotlights Carine Roitfeld’s penchant for striking the perfect balance of hi-lo fashion. Playful, sensual, and super cool, this cover story looks like a perfect spring daydream.

CR Sizzles

September 5th, 2013 |Posted by Janelle

The headline making CR Fashion Book moment may belong to the inescapable Kim Kardashian, but the fashion story is all about Bruce Weber and his classic style. Capturing the pleasures of youthful lust is one of Weber’s specialities and in the new CR he shoots a host of bright young things led by Karlie Kloss and rising star Emily Ratajkowski. The carefree beauties frolic, kiss and strip down to their skivvies in Weber’s sensual imagery. The intensity and ecstasy is on full display, but with Carine Roitfeld and Bruce at the helm the story’s eroticism is balanced by elegance.
