Campaign season is in full swing and the brands are rolling out campaigns heavy on the star power. From top tier models to Hollywood royalty, the season’s stars are bigger and brighter than ever.

SAINT LAURENT

Hedi Slimane and Freja Beha Erichsen is a match made in heaven. Who better to embody the rock n’roll obsessed designer’s laid back vision for Saint Laurent than fashion’s queen of cool. No wonder she’s fronting the line’s permanent collection, a seasonless set of bestsellers guaranteed to be around for years. Sporting the androgynous wardrobe of skinny pants and leather jackets designed by Slimane, Freja looks every inch the rockstar.

DONNA KARAN

The erotic undercurrent of Karan’s urbane fall collection is brought to the forefront in steamy ads starring the dream team of Catherine McNeil and Andres Velencoso Segura. The images depicting an encounter between artist and muse were shot by Mikael Jansson and the campaign’s sumptuous, cinematic feel that leaves us hoping there will be an accompanying film.

CHANEL

From the moment Chanel staged a show in Linlithgow, Tilda Swinton seemed like the obvious choice for the campaign. The Scottish actress wears Lagerfeld’s highland inspired collection with flair and provides yet another fashion moment for the record books.

Hercules celebrates its anniversary with an eye-popping 5 covers, featuring only the most handsome male models in existence. Andres, Emilio, Parker; they’re all here in all their glory, but incredible covers aren’t the only thing to be excited about. This year’s New York event takes place at the Public Library this Thursday and with the all star lineup, it is guaranteed to be an evening to remember; Kylie Minogue serves as host and the honorees include Ricky Martin and Jean Paul Gaultier, with a performance by pop icon and MAC spokeswoman Cyndi Lauper. Male modeling’s finest will also be on hand, with Wilhelmina serving as the runway sponsor and Wilhelmina President Sean Patterson as one of the Chairs. Expect to see Noah Mills, Andres Velencoso Segura, Tyson Ballou and many more!

Though everyone may be focused on the prevalence of “boobs” in fashion, we’re noticing that the strong and sexy man is getting their moment back in the spotlight. V Man‘s new story with Axel Brorson perfectly epitomizes the male form at its most athletic and sleek.

In this exclusive quote for V Man from Italo Zuccheli (the Men’s Creative Director of Calvin Klein); he announces that “Axel has a powerful, Scandinavian magnetism. He is like a young Dolph Lundgren. He perfectly fits the spirit of my fall collection, which is about masculinity and toughness to the extreme.” Calvin Klein is of course the brand with David Agbodji lending his flawless figure to the campaign this season.

Adding to the visual heat is Andres Velencoso Segura, who recently appeared on the new Vanity Fair Spain cover baring almost all. This, coupled with his new underwear campaign for Ermenegeldo Zegna shows that Mr. Segura can hang with the best of the new sexy, male models.
