The Antidote

November 30th, 2010 |Posted by Janelle

With a fresh perspective and a wealth of creativity, Antidote provides a cure for the common fashion magazine. Devised as an alternative to traditional fare, the magazine gives one photographer free range to interpret an editorial theme via a variety of photo stories. The inaugural issue tackles the topic of denim with a series of breathtaking shoots created by Thomas Lagrange and editor in chief Yann Weber, plus accompanying articles that detail the history and mythology of everyone’s favorite wardrobe staple.

How much of the stunning Eniko Mihalik can you handle? The brand new issue of RUSSH serves up multiple images of the Hungarian beauty by Benny Horne. Taking on a variety of roles, from fresh faced teen to otherworldly beauty, Eniko pulls off a bit of quick change artistry with help from stylist Stevie Dance‘s impeccable ensembles. A little Alaïa here, some to die for Reed Krakoff fur sandals and a couple of Patricia Underwood hats later, the team shows off just how fun and transformative clothes can be.

Mysterious Skin

June 24th, 2010 |Posted by Janelle

Could Eniko Mihalik, be any sexier? We think not. Camilla Akrans, creates an engaging editorial for Vogue Nippon that hints at darkness beneath sensuality. A luxurious mansion, red lace masks and a knowing look in Eniko’s eyes; it all makes you wonder just what is going on behind the scenes. Once again Sissy Vian‘s styling is a standout, the crimson colored pieces look perfect on Eniko and go perfectly with the mysterious feel of the story.

V Va Voom!

June 17th, 2010 |Posted by wayne

Sebastian Faena meets the legendary Carlyne Cerf De Dudzeele in the next issue of V (No. 66!) and the result is a hot, pop-driven tabloid tinged 12 page fashion story that is so much fun it practically vibrates on the page. Celebrating the timely Argentinian concept of “botineras” or footballer’s wives (just in time for the World Cup), the gorgeous cast includes Eniko Mihalik, Dree Hemingway, Simon Nessman, Constance Jablonski, Alessandra Ambrosio, Maryna Linchuk, Martin Landgreve and Jacques Naude. We love the way photography, styling and graphic design all combine to sing the same sexy tune!

Fitness Fiend

March 30th, 2010 |Posted by Janelle

Gentlewoman, the much buzzed about sister publication from Fantastic Man, gives Eniko Mihalik a serious workout with a special editorial by Alasdair McLellan. Clad in some of the laciest and least functional gymwear possible, Eniko manages to look glamourous even as she’s lifting weights and doing crunches, a Rochas body suit might not work in the real gym but it sure makes Eniko look great.

Behind the Mask

February 27th, 2010 |Posted by Janelle

Inez van Lamsweerde and Vinoodh Matadin have always pushed the boundaries of fashion photography and with their latest editorial for V, they break exciting new ground. Working with stylist Panos Yiapanis and artist Paddy Hartley, the duo creates a compelling series of shots reminiscent of their classic story, ‘Before and After’. The entire team is on point with this one: Hartley’s one of a kind plexiglass face corsets, make models Eniko Mihalik, Raquel Zimmermann and Anja Rubik look like extraterrestrial beings, and Yiapanis’ sleek styling keeps things on trend.

Exclusively for models.com. For the full 14 page editorial and many more exciting stories check out V64, on newsstands March 2nd.

Combat Rock

February 22nd, 2010 |Posted by Janelle

The theme of March’s Vogue Paris, revolves around military influenced styles, so it is no surprise that a number of the editorials inside have an down in the trenches feel. Cedric Buchet drafts Eniko Mihalik for an army influenced editorial that shows off some interesting styling, courtesy of Anastasia Barbieri: working with a palate of khakis and greens, Barbieri manages to create looks that are perfectly in line with the motif.
