Remember the Amber and Shalom days: beautiful models on every cover, girls with the presence and power to command the attention of high fashion followers and the general public. Seeing Amber’s pristine face (even with the questionable hair hat) reminds us all of that great era and just how vital a model Amber still is.

OMG!! Top 50 Women is too funny! LMAO!! I laughed till I cried. Ok, now for VI and Amber. I had really fallen into the rumor of the ‘trio’ cover (supposedly of Lyndsey, Jac Jab, and Bochert), and when I woke up this morning to find this, I was so suprised. Oh Meisel and his old-school girls. And it looks a bit 90s too, and somehow reminds me of the late great Irving Penn. I like it, and I am glad to see Miss Valetta back on the move. (I was hoping for that trio cover though.)

Amber Valetta is a timeless beauty but regardless there is no question that the hair is a disaster on this cover. She looks like Bob Marley with a comb over. Besides the hair, everything else looks fine to me.

I totally dislike it! Amer is a beautiful girl but this makes her look very old with the makeup. Also the hair is not high fashion in a good way! Amber should be focusing more on her Hollywood career!

I’m sorry, but do you read the VI cover’s titles? Especialy this one. PLAYING WITH PROPORTIONS!!! So, HAIR: PLAYING with PROPORTIONS. PLAY!!! If it was something more… “high fashion in a good way”… it wouldn’t be a PLAY. It would be just… expected. And the 90s? OH, SO WELCOME BACK… TO FUTURE!!!

It’s an Italian Vogue cover by Steven Meisel with Amber so shut up…it doesn’t get much better than that. It’s timeless and gorgeous.
Amber is still ahead of the pack…and so is Meisel!!
