In The Cut
January 19th, 2010 Janelle comments (23)Dazed and Confused never lets us down in the cover department and this month’s image is perfection, pure and simple; Magdalena Frackowiak by Josh Olins in Viktor and Rolf. A singularly lovely image and a unique representation of one of the season’s most talked about collections.

I’d love to see her face shot straight on, she always seems to be looking away in all her shots.

She is on fire a Vogue Russia and a Dazed and Confused cover. Claudia said to be a supermodel you have to be everywhere at once, Magdalena is on a fast track.

JOsh Olins is really on the come up. Those cut out Victor & Rolf dresses are more works of art than practical fashion. Just like some of Jeremy Scott’s stuff. Awesome stuff though.

Very fitting, it’s fairly evocative of the Flowerbomb ad…a sort of artsy, de-sexed take on that image.
