The Alberta Ferretti campaign lensed by Steven Meisel has appeared and we love it for so many reasons.
1-The eerie and disquieting atmosphere and lighting
2-The old subway car depicted that brings back memories of traveling to school in the 70’s
3-The complete incongruity of such high end garments in such a quotidian environment
4-The official comeback of Anna J mixed with new favorites like Magdalena, Siri and Viktoriya
5-The utter fabulousness of things we see every day (people sleeping on the train, drinking coffee, holding onto the metal bars) as translated by the blue chip team behind this impossibly cool campaign. Oh that we could be so chic as we ride into work every day!
