Fashion naysayers may have written Miranda Kerr off as simply being an angel but the Aussie cutie is out to change a few minds with her latest ventures into high fashion. Following her very talked about turn on the Balenciaga runway, Miranda is set to appear in the brand new issue of V. Starring alongside the equally lovely Ana Beatriz Barros in Willy Vanderperre’s vision of the postmodern pinup is a very good way to kick of an editorial resurgence and from the looks of the pictures the story itself is sure to excite. Olivier Rizzo’s sensual yet demure pinup inspired styling is already catching our eyes.

She did high fashion in the beginning, then they took her down the VS route, which I thought was weird because she has an amazing body but sort of a strange face, which fits more into high fashion.

guys ,she did high fashion in the beginning like Carola said actualy all the angels started in high fashion …Adriana is the one who has the most impressive carreer she did all the Vogues and worked with biggest names in fashion like Steven Meisel , Mario Testino ,Valentino , Alexander Mcqueen..
And I think is good for VS Angels come back to high fashion . Miranda looks stunning!!!

Both girls have amazing faces and beautiful voluptuous bodies that drive men and women crazy.
I believe is highly recommended for any model to be able to go both ways, commercial and high fashion, so they can choose which career to follow. Miranda is making thousands (or millions?) as a VS Angel and Ana Beatriz was actually the first brazilian girl to be part of the VS ANgel casting. Its so nice to see Ana shining once again - shes been taking care of her personal life and making small projects with designers that are not considered mainstream. I hope this V spread is part of her comeback into fashion, and to portray a pin-up, although might seem a commom place for her, is a very sexy way to keep her image in everyone´s mind.
