   I had the opportunity to meet Chad over the weekend at a luncheon. To my surprise he is not your stereotype model that society has branded “no brain, pretty face. The guy is brilliant. He is getting his PhD in microbiology and is very diverse in his conversations. Chad was great company and an all around good guy. I wish you the very best in your career path bro. You are not just a model you are a role model.
