Anja In Bloom

Prepare for a double dose of Anja Rubik in the latest issue of Vogue Turkey. Cuneyt Akeroglu shows two very different sides of the blonde beauty in dual stories for Vogue. For the newsstand cover and accompanying editorial, Akeroglu plays up Rubik’s skill for posing with studio portraits that highlight her timeless beauty and a well edited selection of dramatic spring looks – most notably that intricately embroidered Balmain dress on the cover. For Anja’s interview and the subscribers cover the focus is all about nature and sweetness, with Anja laying in a bed of flowers and looking fresh as a daisy; both sets of images provide an elegant showcase for one of the most versatile models in the business.

  3. Love Anja….
The 1st cover image is so fashion, very early 2000’s.
In a way it reminds me of Kate Moss on W US November 2005. Swan kneck for days, amongst
    other similarities.

Anja has such a photographic personality and she truly understands the fine relationship between model & camera.

  4. Vogue Turkey always has the kickass editorial content.
I’m also intrigued by their approach to the cover layout/image. They’re always taking risks which makes them stand out.GREAT JOB! AMAZING COVERS!

  5. i dont see this as great.

poorly executed, the plain studio shoot is ok but nothing new or interesting here.
