First Kristen McMenamy‘s epic VI cover last month and now the return of the always stunning Linda Evangelista for Vogue Italia. Meisel shoots the eternally captivating model in high contrast black and white in a story that nods to the classic images of Horst P. Horst and Richard Avedon.

I know this is a redundant question, but why can’t Americian Vogue have just one “arty” editorial like this? These are the types of editorials that I like to “get lost in”…so much fantasy and drama. VI is so difficult for me to obtain. By the time I get my hands on this issue, the October issue of VI will already be out. ::cries::
