@ guGuy78 – I agree, the thing is that many male “models” are not living and breathing the art of visual existence..so to speak. either because they are encouraged not to be sooo forward…or just don’t know how. (I think it’s more the latter) Being a hottie with body has seemingly been enough to get by.
I believe that most of the male models are getting very comfortable with that notion. It’s mostly been the photo directors prerogative that has created some of the recent, great, male edits. Only a handful of male models take initiative and exude something noteworthy from an artsitic perspective. But I guess that’s the marketing strat; Slap a hottie on it and the masses are sure to take notice.
