Extra weight? Shut up, just shut up. Lara is exceptionally slim, she’s the kind of size models were in the supermodel era when they were well-deserved objects of womanly desire.
She has no extra “weight” rather she is a much appreciated return to sanity, to a more realistic, sexy, grown up, desireable image of femininity and womanhood.

on wikipedia, lara stone joined the elite model look in 1999 at 15. Vika S ( never heard of again ) of Ukraine won the title and Brazil’s Raica Olivera was a runner up. Lara didn t win any. fast-forward 10 years later, lara is poised in becoming the #1 supermodel in the world. She’s changing the rule, by becoming the top, at 26, which is old by the standards. she s also big for runways and has that wobbly walk. wasn’t she heavily criticized for being fat and clumsy during last year’s Victoria Secret fashion show? Well looks like Lara Stone did always get the last laugh….

Lara, Lara, and more Lara. What I love about her is that her body is natural, a far cry from the usual thin-framed, waif and heroine supermodels we have like Freja or Lily. Well back in the days of Naomi, Linda and Cristy, she epitomizes the bodies of the Supers. Not only is she Dutch but Lara’s father is English. I liker her way better than Kate. And FYI, Meisel didn’t make her! Lara carved her own niche even without his help, duh. Lara got the look, very chamelonesque.

lara Stone is the bomb !She is an inspiration for photographers,stylists and designers.That Carine saw her potential is just wonderful but she was a great model before that already !So stop all the bitching and moaning about her and be happy that there is a model who actually looks like a woman with a great body that doesnt starve herself to death to be skinny ,does an incredible job as a model and is a great person too.I can only hope that she will be around to inspire as long as Lauren Hutton does !Viva Lara !;-)

I love Lara’s body. I think it’s a nice refreshment from the ribs we’re used to seeing. Finally a woman with nice boobs and a sexy body. Her face is high fashion, and her body is both man and woman sexy. She’s very comfortable with her body, clearly, and there is nothing wrong with that. If she continues to get booked and designers don’t have a problem with the “little extra weight”, then neither should anyone else.

I freaking love her. She is NOT overweight in ANY way, shape or form, vaskp, she may even still be slightly medically underweight. People carry weight differently. Whatever. Pamela I’m with you on this one, she still has not won me over yet. She has a Trailer Park Trash type effect going on that I can’t identify with. Her Gap is not appealing to me either. As fas as her Body I welcome curves and think that her body is totally Fine. I think she may need a haircut or something to make her more edgier or at least memorable becuase currently she’s a cross between Kate and Claudia which in my opinion isn’t a good thing, if you’re not Kate or Claudia!

Brigitte Bardot was the most perfect creature in every way, physically, that ever walked the earth. I had to look twice at Lara, although not as beautiful as Brigitte, she does resemble a mix between Kate Moss and Brigitte…she needs to do something with those eyebrows however. Signed, a portrait artist who has studied Brigitte for years now.
