Congratulations to all the CFDA winners last night (photos by Kevin Tachman). Most touching was reading about the legendary lensman (who received the CFDA Board of Directors’ Special Tribute award) and his recovery this past year from a devastating stroke.

We cannot wait to get the new Vogue Italia in our hands. In the meantime, read about the awesome Franca Sozzani‘s hope that the industry will turn towards women.

The lovely Robyn Lawley, one of the Vogue Italia covergirls is interviewed by Ponyryder. If you missed MDC’s interview, click here.

CFDA Lifetime Achievement Award winner Marc Jacobs talks to the NY Times and to WWD about receiving the illustrious award at just 48.

Ford’s Carmen dell’Orefice on the other hand celebrated 80 years young last week. Fashionista has a pictorial of her career.

Daphne Guinness, David Lachapelle and Amanda Lepore appear in the ultimate NYC nightlife photo by Patrick McMullan.

All proceeds from David Gandy‘s new book by Dolce & Gabbbana will go towards the fantastic EUPLOOS Project.

Elgort is amazing, he is on Lindbergh’s and Demarchelier’s level, maybe better. With all the new photographers, magazines sort of stopped using him as much as they did but I always thought he was the most modern of the “old” photographers.
