The One

The girl with the prophetic name strikes again; Arizona Muse lands on the cover of two of industry’s biggest glossies this month. First Dazed and Confused devotes four different covers to the lovely Miss Muse. Shot by Mark Segal, Sharif Hamza,Kacper Kasprzyk and Benjamin Alexander Huseby, each cover shows a different side of Arizona’s beauty.

Not content to rest on her laurels after 4 Dazed covers, Arizona also shows up on the front of Numero. Shot by Karl Lagerfeld and featuring good friend, Freja Beha Erichsen, the elegant shot serves as Arizona’s entrée into the Chanel cabal.

  1. Arizona is so lovely to me. She is the new Karlie on terms of her ‘sweet intensity’. She is having a killer year; AND IT’S ONLY FEBRUARY!!! (lol) Go ‘head girl!!!

  2. I soooo will buy the Numero Magazine. Arizona Muse is fantastic. So is Freja.
By the way, what issue is this?

  3. Some years ago V magazine called Catherine McNeil the next supermodel…………….well, she´s super, in that very post ´90s way…
Lets hope Arizona will get to the top, aided by those kind words from Ms Know-it-all Wintour.

  4. omg.. she almost upstaged Freja!! Great girls, Karl has made some bad choices in the past when it comes to models but now he’s totally getting it right.

Love the first and second Dazed covers, especially the second one. Versatile girl, she will go very far.

  5. She’s the next Freja Beja…. but she needs to lose a few pounds. If she can do that she’ll be everybody’s Muse by the end of the year….

Right now it’s Freja. Because she’s the slickest, thinnest and the coolest model….

I know many will react to this, but it’s the truth.

  6. @peter I know what you mean, I know some clothes look better on very thin women, but I think she looks amazing as she is right now.. The fact that she’s not a waif (in the fashion business anyway) is one of the things that make her stand out, in a good way. Lara didn’t need to lose weight to become a supermodel, she lost it afterwards.. I don’t think a girl should compromise her health for a modeling career, and I don’t think Arizona is the kind of girl who will do anything to get to the top. Eating a bread loaf and water once a day or taking drugs to control the weight must be a terrible way to live, almost like being dead. Arizona looks fine the way she is, the clothes look great on her, if she lost weight her face would look different too and that’s not good.
